Mediation Institute Mediares Business Center was established in June 2004. For the first three years, the focus was on the research and analysis of effective conflict resolution in business. The information about conflicts inside and between companies and effectiveness of mediation was collected from more than 200 firms from Poland and Germany. In personal meetings with managers of firms like Bosch, MAN, Dr. Oetker, VW czy Unimil, the new concept of mediation as successful way of conflict resolution in business was created.
